We believe that it is all connected. Our mental health affects and is affected by everything, from the way that our body behaves, our social connections, our energy level, etc. For that reason it is important to us that we provide care that is holistic. This means that we look at all aspects of your life and aim to treat you as the whole person that you are.

We honour our clients’ spirituality and faith and believe that it is an essential part of their healing journey. It is always welcomed in sessions. We leave it up to you to determine when and how you would like to incorporate it during our work together.

Somatic-Based Therapy

Online or in-person, this trauma-informed approach centers the body in the journey towards healing. It addresses symptoms of anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation and trauma as they are expressed in the body.

Internal Family System (IFS)

Online or in-person, this trauma-informed approach supports the expression of your whole self such as your inner child. This aids in managing symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Online or in-person, this skill-based approach supports the understanding of the connection between your thoughts, emotions, body and behaviours. This aids in managing symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression.
